My Model 3 screen just went black while driving – absolutely panicking right now

Okay so I need to vent and also get some advice because I’m honestly freaking out a bit here. I was cruising along Sheikh Zayed Road this morning, everything was completely fine, and then out of nowhere the main display just went completely black. No warnings, no flickering, just dead. The car was still driving which was honestly terrifying because I had no idea what my speed was, no navigation, no climate control, nothing. I managed to pull over safely and did the whole reset thing with the scroll wheels but it didn’t do anything at all. I’ve only had this car for about eight months and it’s my first EV so I’m still learning all the quirks but this feels serious. I called the service center and they said they’re booked for at least three weeks which is insane because I use this car for work every single day and can’t just be without it for that long. I’ve been searching online for independent specialists who actually know what they’re doing with Teslas because I’m not about to let some random garage poke around the electronics and make things worse. A friend suggested that if I Book reliable Tesla repairs in Dubai through a specialist rather than going through the official channel I might actually get a quicker turnaround and maybe even better communication since they’re more flexible with scheduling. I’m leaning towards giving that a shot because waiting almost a month is just not an option for me right now. Has anyone here gone the independent route for electrical issues like this and actually had a good experience? I really need some reassurance that I’m not about to make a huge mistake by not waiting for the official service center. Also if anyone knows what might have caused this or if there’s a quick fix I haven’t tried yet, please let me know because I’m desperate at this point.
