ゲストI’m trying to find a new workshop and I’ve reached the point where every place sounds identical, we use genuine parts, we have experienced technicians, we care about our customers. It’s all the same script and it tells me nothing. I’ve been reading reviews but half of them seem fake or written by someone who just had an oil change, which doesn’t tell me how they handle something complicated. Someone suggested I look at this website to get a sense of what services a proper workshop should offer, which at least gave me a checklist, but I’m still not sure how to translate that into picking one. Does anyone have a method for this that actually works? Do you call and ask specific questions, visit in person, or just try a small job and see? I’m tired of the trial and error approach.
